So - it appears we have a ghost in my apartment. Rocky senses her, and seems frightened when I'm not with her. And under no circumstances will she go downstairs to my bedroom, the main bedroom.
It is also the 50th anniversary of Woodstock tonight! Soon I hope Rocky and I will go see some of the shows being put on in honor of the event. So.... first of all, I've been carrying Rocky all over the apartment, holding her literally in my arms, and introducing her to Hadassah, the 80 something year old shut in who lived, and died here. She was a lonely women, according to those who knew her (the neighbours). She also may have been a victim of the Holocaust, as she received regular monies from Germany, where she had originally been from. Who knows? She does. I am aware that many people from her circumstance are afraid of dogs, so maybe she doesn't like Rocky being in her home. I explained to her that Rocky is a good dog, and never bites, unless you are a piece of chicken. Or a rock. She loves to bite rocks! We'll see if my homemade exorcism helps.
